Hoyte Designs Longboard Winner

Russell Hoyte of Hoyte Designs presented the winning longboard to Bryan Lamb and his wife over the weekend.

We held a contest back in March, in order to come up with the name for a model Russell had shaped.

They named it The Mullet and we liked it!

Very appropriate.

Business up front, Party in the back!

The front 2/3 of this board is Old School 50/50 rails with a concave bottom.

The back 1/3 is totally New School, double-winged swallow tail, single concave to double concave vee with the convertable fin set-up.

The board is for Bryan's wife and as you can see she is a petite lady.

So ... this particular board is The Mini-Mullet!:)

All color work is done in resin; even the black pin-line is a resin pin-line...very old school.
